The Coaches’ Banter Has Improved

While the coaches are constantly bantering with one another on “The Voice,” particularly during blind auditions, the promos indicate that they have become more more comfortable with one another and have thrown more barbs at one another.

Blake Shelton compares himself to Tom Brady in one of his commercials.

Shelton says in the video that he is constantly boasting about his large amount of victories, but he doesn’t mind.

At one point, Shelton tells the other coaches, “It’s nice to have your own TV program.” “This is my property. I’ve had this one for a long time.”

Ariana Grande, the newest coach on the scene, is sick of Shelton’s boasting.

“I believe we’re all equally tired by Blake Shelton’s confidence,” Grande adds. “It’s just ‘The Voice,’ the continuous drilling of his domain.’ “It’s draining.”

Shelton has his own explanation for his bravado.

“Have you ever seen how Tom Brady doesn’t defend himself when he has haters?” Shelton inquires of the other coaches, leading Grande to inquire whether Brady does the same. “Of course he should! Tom Brady has won seven Super Bowls. I have a total of eight.”

Legend further said that Shelton believes he is the boss, despite the fact that “His name is not on my paycheck.”
